How Much Will This Cost?
The many aspects and important legal and financial consequences of professional estate planning demand that we carefully attend to every detail and tailor each estate plan accordingly. We will make recommendations based on two things: your needs and your wants. Things that you need (for example, to avoid probate) are nonnegotiable and critical to your plan’s success. Things that you want (for example, to protect a child’s inheritance from lawsuit) include additional fees. You will get to choose from the options and then pay whatever you feel comfortable paying for. Our rates and fees will always be reasonable and ethical for the care and expertise we provide. Once we have reviewed your situation at our Life Care and Loved Ones Protection Meeting we will quote you a flat fee for your comprehensive estate plan.
